I am no fan of the Goberning Body or the WT writers, but not including this story in the year book wouldn't necessarily be a sign of callousness or any other serious fault. Thousands of JW's around the world die every year, many rather tragically. Why sholud the WT be dedicating space to them in a short book. They will concentrate on the positive stories, just as every other organization would do, religious or non-religious. I feel that you are making too much out of the story regarding what the WT should do or doesn't do. There's plenty wrong with those SOB, let's not speculate and cavil at every opportunity lest we sound like rabid, petty apostates.

the problem i have is why does the wbats not make a mention of things like this in the yearbook!!!

I am beginning to believe that Satan is way more powerful than Jehovah. Satan has the brightest people on his side and he keeps his unrelenting propaganda very persuasive... and the best Jehovah can do is send people to stand on sidewalks or walk along doing... well... not much. I am leaning towards Satan side,even as bad as he is. It's a matter of survival, not of righteousness. I rather be alive than side with a good, but ineffective God.
Root for Satan, he certainly is kicking Jehova's butt.

both said they were very young, with one telling investigators the molestation took place from the time she was 10 until she was 13 years old.

They have cut it. According to scholars the passage about "casting the first stone" is not part of the original text. I don't know if that's the WT's reasoning. If it is, I only hope that they heed more the scholarly research and realized that the Bible with its countless mistakes and contradiction, multiple forgeries and revisions can only be a man made book.
